"Prior to meeting Dave, I was concerned with choosing the right real estate agent that my husband and I could not only feel comfortable with and trust, but be able to form a good working relationship with. "There are not much words to thank Dave for his amazing service, he is super nice and professional, also knowledgeable about the market, so flexible in time no matter when we want to check a house he is always available, he’s checking the houses like he want to buy not us and his concern is to find the house we dream about not just making a deal to get money, I worked with different agents before him and they just wanted us to pick a house to get their share but that’s not Dave. He helped us finding temp house until our bew build house gets dine and you know how tough it is now days to get month to month rent with all the tine needed for papers. "I was living 3 hours south west of the twin cities when I started my home search with Dave. He set me up with homes matching my price range and geographic area and made many many adjustments at my request as my search criteria changed over time. Dave stuck with me and showed me over 30 homes during my lengthy two year search, he was always up front and transparent about the properties he showed me, and we eventually landed on a nice split level in great neighborhood. Dave went above and beyond the call to cater to my needs and far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Dave as a real estate agent to anyone I know!

"My wife and I can't say enough good things about Dave. We sold and bought with him about 9 months ago. We interviewed 3 agents and he shined above them all. He did not disappoint us. He is a class act with the utmost integrity. Very smart an knowledgeable. Always on time. He knew the issues that our house would have with an inspector and help us avoid any headaches. He pointed out issues with houses that I didn't see as we walked through them. I found him to be a great teacher. He anticipated questions and brought information that we didn't even think about. During negotiations, he never lost his bearing and was a trusted adviser. He is not a pushover like my first agent years ago. Dave is a Marine. "I would highly recommend Dave Widell as a Realtor for the sale of your home or if you are in the process of finding a new home for your family. Dave represented us in the purchase of a foreclosed property just north of the Twin Cities and made a very complicated process seem painless. We decided to completely renovate the home and he walked us through the process of an FHA 203K loan. And even though we were over six hours away, we never felt out of the loop or without representation. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.

We were so happy with Dave in the purchase of our home that we are listing my parent's home of sixty-years with him as well. I have no doubt that he will bring the same level of excellence that we first experienced with him.
